  1. wake up with a relaxed.makesure the alarm sound is not loud .. instead choose a relax songs.
  2. Do not forget to breakfast.
  3. eat something fresh like fruits.
  4. provide clothes to be worn for the next day ... do not wait for tomorrow.
  5. drink a glass of warm water after waking up.
  6. wake up early
  7. must take a bath!!
  8. always hang the lock near the door.
  9. start your day with light stretching to stretch all the muscles
  10. Do not ruin the mood in the morning ..... so, everyone just need to smile... :)))
  11. stay away from office politics .
